Reality television star and singer Peter Andre is selling his home, requiring more space for his growing family.

The West Sussex, six bedroom property featured heavily in his ITV2 reality series My Life and was bought for £2m in 2010 following his split from ex-wife Katie Price.

The singer, 40, is looking for a new family home closer to Brighton, as well as a London flat.

The properties will need to accommodate the new additions to his family, with girlfriend Emily MacDonagh pregnant with their first child.

Andre already has two children with his former wife – Junior and Princess – as well as adopted son Harvey, whose biological father is former Manchester United player Dwight Yorke.

Andre is seeking a London base as this is where most of his work takes place.

He has a new ITV show 60 Minute Makeovers, in which members of the public have their homes made over in just one hour.

Peter is reportedly filming the last series of his ITV reality show after admitting that his girlfriend did not want to be famous.

He told ITV’s This Morning programme: : ‘I am with someone who is a lot more private and even though I am public and I could never ask for privacy here and there – that’s wrong, you can’t when you’re in this industry – you have to also respect the other person.

‘But it’s not just that, I do honestly think that we’ve done it and the public have been amazing, and I would hate it for the ratings to start slipping and then I have to stop.’

The couple, who share a 17 year age gap, announced her pregnancy in July.

Meanwhile, Andre’s ex-wife recently welcomed a son Jett Riviera with third husband Kieran Hayler.

David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay unveil new London restaurant interior

David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay have cemented their friendship with the opening of a new restaurant in an upcoming corner of South East London.

Union Street Café is due to open on Monday, September 16, with an official launch party in the following weeks that is likely to see most of the Beckham and Ramsay clans in attendance.

Zoopla has been given an exclusive sneak preview of the stunning venue, designed exclusively by Russell Sage.

The feel of the interiors is undisputedly ‘relaxed urban’, with suggestions that the waiting staff may wear Converse footwear – while the menu will be Mediterranean.

The opening of the restaurant comes amid the transformation of the once run-down derelict confines of SE1.

The area rests in the shadows of the recently erected and now iconic Shard building, with businesses such as Murdoch’s British newspapers and Zoopla now calling it home.

The area certainly has a buzz about it, and so it is unsurprising that house prices are high. Extremely smart two bedroom flats can reach as much as £2m.

The average value of a flat in SE1 is £542,732, with a typical detached property in the region of £730,387, according to Zoopla.

Jonathan Harris, director of mortgage broker Anderson Harris, said: “The Shard has lifted the whole area and had a positive knock-on effect. People visit and then go for dinner locally afterwards, which is good for local restaurants and the art scene has also improved as artists move from Shoreditch.

“There are pockets of wealth developing which we haven’t seen in the past and this is increasingly attracting new buyers, investment and improved transport links to the area.”

Justin Bieber: My world of rags to riches property

He’s been setting hearts a-flutter in London this week including an episode yesterday when he flashed his abs from the  window of a plush £1,500 a night Kensington hotel room.

shutterstock_70789540The tween singing sensation, in the capital this week to promote his new album Believe, is being mobbed wherever he goes by thousands of dedicated, hyperventilating young fans known as “beliebers”.

And Bieber’s UK visit comes just weeks after the 18-year-old bought his first home – a £3.7 million Spanish-style mansion in the celebrity-stuffed Calabasas area of California.

Bieber is in the process of ironing out a mortgage for the seven bedroom, eight bathroom home which also features a pool, separate guest house and substantial garage – presumably to house his car collection.

But the luxurious new home couldn’t be further away from the Baby singer’s property roots.  Back when he was a YouTube sensation, the squeaky-clean performer lived in the small Canadian town of Stratford, Ontario where he grew up in a two bedroom apartment with his mum Pattie Mallette.

She is still registered as living in a modest,  flat within a block where properties currently rent for£600-a-month in the north of Stratford, Ontario where Bieber famously returns to the small town regularly to visit his grandparents with which he remains close and often stays at their house – a traditional post war bungalow worth £230,000.

But as his UK fans prove the most ardent, we thought he might be considering a permanent home in London.

Justin Bieber could snap up this super secure three bedroom flat in Kensington for £3 million

We’ve found him a bolthole around the corner from his luxury hotel. This flat in Kensington Palace Gardens– known as London’s billionaire’s row – is on one of the most secure roads in the country thanks to a number of adjacent embassies and high profile neighbours, including Roman Abramovich.

This very grown up bedroom could be the new London home to Justin Bieber

The £3 million price tag might make the teen heartthrob wince though, with just three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this meticulously refurbished apartment for sale through is a far cry from his spacious Californian home.

Is Kim Kardashian moving to the UK?

American reality TV star Kim Kardashian may soon be the lady of an English manor after it was revealed she plans to view the Hertfordshire home of David and Victoria Beckham.

Kim Kardashian may be a long way off taking tea with the Queen at Buckingham Palace, but she reportedly would like to live in a castle

The British power couple have decided to sell their sprawling £18 million estate because they hardly ever visit it. The Beckhams, now based in LA, bought the 22-acre property in Sawbridgeworth in 1999 for £2.5 million as newlyweds. It’s estimated they’ve spent £18 million renovating the seven bedroom mansion, affectionately known as Beckingham Palace.

Kardashian has apparently already spoken to estate agents in Los Angeles to arrange a visit to the castle-like country home which she plans to use as a European base for her large family, who feature in a series of reality TV shows. She also reportedly plans to rent it out to rich fans of the Beckhams.

Kardashian already owns a 4,000 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills that she bought in February 2010 for £2.1 million.

Jack Osbourne’s home profit rocks

Dad-to-be reality TV host and sometime London resident Jack Osbourne is showing himself to be a savvy property investor – so long as all goes to plan.

While the only son of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy and TV host Sharon recently splashed out £1.7 million on a family home in Los Angeles ahead of the birth of his first child, it seems he’s trying to recoup some cash after putting his smart, but petite, London bachelor pad on the market.

Jack, who’s first child with fiancée Lisa Stelly is due any day now, is selling his one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior-designed home in Marylebone for £610,000 through estate agents Chesterton Humberts.

The property – surprisingly near slightly scruffy Edgeware Road – has performed well for the TV personality, who recently made a documentary about his hard rocking father called God bless Ozzy Osbourne.

Jack purchased the freehold home in August 2006 for £370,000 so, if he sells at asking price, he’ll make a £240,000 profit on the sale.

Jack’s two-storey home has its own courtyard, underfloor heating and open plan living room, but  is probably more bijou than most would imagine – it has just one bathroom – an en suite off the upstairs bedroom.

The property gods have clearly been smiling on the Osbourne family. Ozzy and Sharon also recently sold their Malibu estate for £4.9 million after originally listing it in 2006 for £6.2 million.
